Privacy, in plain English.

The short version

I collect your name and email when you ask me for something: the Blueprint, an application to work with me, or a spot on my list. I use it to send you what you asked for, and to write to you about AI music, the show, and my work. I never sell it. Every email I send has an unsubscribe link that actually works. That's the whole policy. The rest of this page is the detail.

What I collect, and when

You choose what you give me. There are three ways it happens:

• The Blueprint opt-in. Your first name, your email, and what you told me you're building: your artist brand, AI music videos, or learning from scratch.
• The Work With Me application. Your name, email, your story, any links you share, your budget range, and your timeline.
• Sound & Screen submissions. These go through nero.fan, a separate service with its own privacy policy. I don't collect submission data on this site.

That's it. There are no accounts and no logins on this site, and I don't collect anything you don't type into a form.

Where your information lives

Form submissions go into Fiya.AI, my CRM and automation platform, which is built on HighLevel (sometimes called GHL). That's where your email address is stored, where tags get applied based on what you told me you're interested in, and where my emails are sent from. HighLevel processes this data on my behalf under its own privacy and security commitments.

What I send you, and how to make it stop

If you opt in, I'll send you the thing you asked for first. After that, you'll hear from me about AI music creation, the AI Creator Society, Sound & Screen, and occasionally my services and courses. Because you tell me what you're building when you sign up, I use that to send you less, not more. You get what's relevant to you.

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're out. No confirmation maze, no hard feelings. You can also ask me to delete your record entirely, and I will.

Analytics

As of the date at the top of this page, no analytics run on this site. If I turn analytics on, it will be Plausible, a privacy-first tool that counts page visits without cookies, without personal information, and without following you across the internet. And I'll update this page.

Cookies

This site doesn't set cookies of its own. Embedded services can set theirs: if a Fiya.AI form is embedded on a page, or you click through to watch a video on another platform, those services may set cookies under their own policies. If you block third-party cookies in your browser, the site still works.

Third-party services

A few services make this site run. Here's the full list:

• Fiya.AI / HighLevel: forms, email, and scheduling.
• Vercel: hosting. Like every host, it keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and reliability.
• Google Fonts: the typefaces you're reading.
• Skool: checkout and membership for the AI Creator Society. Payment happens on their platform, under their terms. I never see your card details.
• nero.fan: Sound & Screen video submissions.
• TikTok, Instagram, YouTube: where I post. Their policies apply on their platforms, not here.

What I will never do

• Sell or rent your email address. To anyone. Ever.
• Add you to my list without you asking.
• Bury the unsubscribe link.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws like the GDPR and the CCPA give you formal rights over your data: access, correction, deletion, portability. You don't need to cite a statute with me. Ask, and I'll show you what I have, fix what's wrong, or delete it.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information. If a child's data ends up on my list, tell me and I'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, the date at the top changes with it. If the change is significant and you're on my list, I'll tell you by email.
