The terms, in plain English.

The short version

Use the site like a decent person. Don't steal my work. Anything you buy from me is governed by these terms plus whatever we agree to together, and the agreement we sign wins. I don't guarantee outcomes I can't control, because nobody honestly can. Details below.

Who I am

This site is run by me, Samori Coles: generative AI director and producer, 30 years in the music industry. It exists to share my work, teach what I know, and take applications from people who want me to build with them. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Using this site

Browse it, share links to it, apply through it, sign up through it. Don't attack it, scrape it at scale, misrepresent who you are on my forms, or use it to break the law. That covers most of it.

My work and content

Everything on this site is my work and belongs to me (or is licensed to me): the videos, the films, the writing, the Blueprint, the design. You're welcome to share links and quote short excerpts with credit. You may not re-upload my work, resell it, claim it as your own, or use it to train a model. If you're press or a teacher and want to use something properly, ask me. I usually say yes.

Sound & Screen submissions

Video submissions to Sound & Screen go through nero.fan, and their terms govern the submission and any payment there. Your video stays yours. By submitting, you agree that it may be played and reviewed live on air (honestly, in front of an audience) and may appear in clips and recordings of the show. If you're not ready to hear real feedback in public, wait until you are.

Working with me

My brand-building services are by application. The path is the same for everyone: you apply, we book a 1-on-1 AI Creator Session ($150), and then I build you a personal proposal around your story. That proposal, plus any agreement we sign, is the contract for the engagement. Where it differs from this page, the signed agreement wins.

Investment for brand builds is not published on this site. It is quoted in your personal proposal, scoped to your project. Once we sign, your price never changes in the middle of your engagement.

The AI Creator Society

The AI Creator Society is $67/mo and runs on Skool. Skool handles checkout and billing under its own terms; I never see your card details. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Inside the community, be constructive and respect other members' work. I remove people who make it worse for everyone, with a refund of their unused time.

Fiya.AI

Fiya.AI is the infrastructure platform behind the brands I build: $147/mo, included while you're on retainer with me and continuing after the retainer ends, because it's what keeps your hub and funnel running. The platform has its own subscription terms, which you'll see and accept when your account is set up.

No guarantees

I teach real skills and build real systems. What you do with them is up to you. I make no promises about income, followers, streams, or virality. I'd be suspicious of anyone who does. Everything on this site is my experience and my opinion, not financial or legal advice.

Third-party links

This site links out to Skool, nero.fan, TikTok, and others. I don't control those platforms and I'm not responsible for what happens on them. Their terms apply there.

If something goes wrong

The site is provided as-is. I work to keep it accurate and online, but I can't promise it will always be either. To the fullest extent the law allows, my liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid me for the thing in question. If we ever have a real dispute, talk to me first. Most problems are solved by two people acting in good faith.

Changes to these terms

If I change these terms, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
